There will be no changes to a student's transportation after 2:00 pm.
There will be no student check-outs after 2:20 pm daily unless there is a true Emergency or appointment where an excuse must be provided.

We will be holding another 21st Century Parent Meeting for families interested in enrolling their student in the 21st Century program.

First Day of School is July 31st. Door open at 7:15 AM. We ask only kindergarten and students new to Tanner Elementary be walked in. All returning students will enter through the car line or on the bus. The bell rings at 7:45 for instruction to begin. School is dismissed at 2:45 PM for car riders and 2:50 for bus riders. The 21st Century After School Program starts on the first day of school. There is a mandatory parent meeting for anyone who signed up for 21st Century Afterschool Program tomorrow at 4:00 PM in our gym. If you have any questions about the 21st Century program, please email Tameka Johnson. We will be hosting an open house showcase in the coming weeks for everyone to see the fabulous renovations. If you signed your child up for the 21st Century afterschool program, there will be a table set up tonight. Parent meeting for the 21st Century Afterschool program is tomorrow at 4:00 in the Elementary Gym. For your child to participate in this program you must attend the parent meeting. If you have any questions, please email tameka.johnson@lcsk12.org or joan.sparks@lcsk12.org they are the site coordinators for the 21st Century afterschool program. Tables will be set up for teachers, front office, transportation, 21st Century etc. This is a come and go event. Hope to see you there.
Tanner Elementary School Supplies have already been purchased for all students for the 2025-2026 school year. TES needs everyone to fill out for free and reduced lunch as soon as possible.
TES campus is still closed. The renovation is going great and on schedule. The phones are not working due to the construction. If you need assistance, please email the principal kandye.jones@lcsk12.org
